Contact form and email communication

If you send us a message via the contact form or directly to our email address, we process the personal data you provide, such as your first name, last name, email address, telephone number and the content of your message.

We process personal data to handle your message, event registration or prepare the material you submit, and to communicate with you regarding your participation and/or the presentation of your content.

The legal basis for processing is Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), where processing is necessary to take steps prior to entering into a contract or to perform a contract, and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, where processing is based on our legitimate interest in communicating with users and customers.

We retain the data for as long as necessary to handle your message or enquiry. If the communication results in an order, a contractual relationship or another business relationship, the data may also be retained in accordance with statutory retention periods and for the establishment, exercise or defence of any legal claims.

We do not use data obtained through the contact form or email for marketing analyses, automated profiling or advertising campaigns unless the individual provides separate consent.

Individuals have the right to request access to their personal data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, as well as the right to object, where the conditions under the GDPR are met. Individuals also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia.
